Qathëm-îpíe Dêtîkè (/ˈeza/ /ˈɪp˔e/ [fancy] [fin (of fish)]) is a temperate Town located in the Iletsksmama Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Qathëm-îpíe Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Qathëm-îpíe Dêtîkè was founded by Trèsê Glkdonhê, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Qathëm-îpíe Dêtîkè has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 19°C (66°F). Qathëm-îpíe Dêtîkè receives an average of 77 cm/y (30 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Qathëm-îpíe Dêtîkè covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 10136 m (-9695 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Qathëm-îpíe Dêtîkè was founded durring the early 16th century in summer of the year 1525, by Trèsê Glkdonhê. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Trèsê Glkdonhê.
Qathëm-îpíe Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Qathëm-îpíe Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Qathëm-îpíe Dêtîkè is buildings are arranged arround a network of narrow split-log ties streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller diamond has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a series of wooden fences ringing the town's parimiter, which are likly intended to keep varrious beasts out of town rather than protect it from attack by any intelegent agents. The bare minimum defences has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
A look around Qathëm-îpíe Dêtîkè shows Qathëm-îpíe Dêtîkè is little more than a wretched hive of scum and villainy. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is.

Qathëm-îpíe Dêtîkè has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Qathëm-îpíe Dêtîkè's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls. This design ethos extended to re-imagining earlier styles of structure to create them anew, with a similar overall look and feel to one another..

Everyone around them is fighting for the chance to exploit this clever new plan.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century Mount Woe, an iconic vista located neare Qathëm-îpíe Dêtîkè, proved to be volcanic when the mountain erupted. The eruption was isolated to the area around Qathëm-îpíe Dêtîkè, which was swallowed in ash, lava flows, and pyroclastic gasses. Qathëm-îpíe Dêtîkè lost 202 people, 277 livestock, and 43 buildings in the disaster. The event is forever remembered as the Day of Woe's Wrath.
